David is the company founder. He is an experienced entrepreneur with extensive China experience, having lived there for 24 years. He founded Dash Brands, which has had the rights for Subway & Domino’s in China territories. The company is currently valued at over US$300m with over 100 stores open. His started his career at the Treasury in Australia and worked in corporate finance with Deloitte after arriving in China. David was Chairman of the Australian Chamber of Commerce, Shanghai. He is a CFA, and holds a B.A. and B.Econ(Hon) from Queensland University.

David built the International Express Travel Group from a A$7m TTV Sydney based Travel Agency in 1999 to a A$250m TTV national Travel Management Company with offices in Sydney, Brisbane, Melbourne, Perth. He combined rapid organic growth with a number of acquisitions. In 2007 David sold the company to BCD Travel, the world’s 3rd largest Travel Management Company. He started his career with Price Waterhouse before moving into the corporate field with the likes of John Lewis and George Weston Foods. David is a CPA and holds a B.Com from James Cook University.

Andrew Jamson is Executive Director with the Ray White Group, Australia’s largest property services company. He manages the “White Family Office” representing the investment interests of the broader White Family. Andrew was formerly COO Asia/Pacific with CB Richard Ellis and has over 20 years in property and finance. He served 10 years on the Board of Dash Brands, operator of Domino’s Pizza in China.

Clinton Dines is one of the most respected Australian business figures dealing with China. He was President of BHP Billiton China from 2001 to 2009, after originally joining the company in 1988. He has held senior roles with a number of other companies. Clinton played a role in the formation of the Australian Chamber of Commerce in China and was its Chair for many years. He holds directorships and advisory board roles with a number of global companies. He holds a BA in Asian Studies from Griffith University.

Andrew is an experienced Director, investor and senior management leader. He developed two successful start-up businesses as a risk capital investor. Andrew has Board experience as Chairman of a private equity funded media/technology business and as Executive Director of commodity trading and logistics business. He is also a Director of Murdoch Children’s Research Institute Development Board. He previously spent 8 years in China, is fluent in Mandarin, and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia.
